Everything you need to know about your be•at Premium Experience
There are 3 Premium tiers — Comfort, Prestige, and Signature — each with its own entrance, and you always get great seats within your chosen price category. Whether parking is included depends on your chosen tier.
What Premium Experiences are there?
There are 3 tiers, for every budget and every occasion:
- Comfort Experience — the smart upgrade: a separate entrance, access to the Mastercard Lounge before the show, a comfortable setting, and a premium bar & kitchen for purchase. Requires a separate concert ticket. See the Mastercard Lounge article for all the details.
- Prestige Experience — the worry-free full experience: ticket, parking, catering, and service are included, with a personal welcome and premium hospitality. Everything is arranged for you.
- Signature Experience — high-end hospitality for businesses: a refined setting with seated dining and premium service, ideal for clients and relations from 10 people. Fully bespoke — contact sales@beatvenues.be for a proposal.
Where is the parking for my be•at Premium Experience located?
The exact location of your parking is stated on your be•at Premium Experience voucher. We always use whichever parking is best reachable and gives the fastest access to the premium space.
Note: due to circumstances such as large productions or major roadworks on or around the site, we exceptionally use parking a bit farther away. In that case, we provide a shuttle service to the venue.
Where do I find the entrance for the various Premium lounges?
AFAS Dome has three Premium lounges, each with its own entrance:
- Mastercard Lounge: entrance 5, on the right side of AFAS Dome, across from Parking Vaart. Walk past the front of AFAS Dome and follow the side of the building to entrance 5.
- AFAS Lounge: entrance 11, to the left of the main entrance.
- Henders & Hazel Lounge: entrance 19. This lounge is located between AFAS Dome and Lotto Arena.
Is there a separate entrance for my be•at Premium Experience?
Yes. Visitors with a be•at Premium Experience use their own entrance, separate from the regular visitor flow — this is one of the benefits of Premium.
I'm coming by bike to my be•at Premium Experience. Is there bike parking?
Yes, the same bike parking areas as for regular visitors — see the cycling & scooters article for the locations. There's no separate Premium-specific bike parking.
What seat will I get with my be•at Premium Experience?
When you purchase a be•at Premium Experience, we always let you know in advance which category your seats fall under — you'll always get great seats within your chosen price category. The exact location can vary per show, depending on the stage setup and the location of the chosen lounge. Your exact seat is stated on the ticket you receive shortly before the event.
Is a parking ticket included with my be•at Premium Experience?
That depends on your tier:
- Comfort Experience (an upgrade, requires a separate concert ticket): parking is not included by default.
- Prestige Experience (ticket-inclusive): yes, a parking spot is included. The number depends on your group size:
