The Mastercard Lounge is an exclusive lounge at AFAS Dome, available only to Mastercard Debit or Credit cardholders and their guests, for selected shows with Mastercard presale through the Priceless platform.
What is the Mastercard Lounge?
The Mastercard Lounge is an exclusive lounge at AFAS Dome, designed specifically for Mastercard Debit or Credit cardholders and their guests. It's a comfortable space to relax before and after the show.
Included:
- Food & drinks (for purchase, to be consumed only inside the lounge)
- An unsupervised coat check (at your own risk)
- Direct access to the venue from the lounge
- Free earplugs on request
Not included: a parking ticket is not automatically provided with lounge access.
Which shows have the Mastercard Lounge open?
Only for selected shows where Mastercard presale or preferred tickets are available through the Mastercard Priceless platform. Not every AFAS Dome show has a Mastercard Lounge.
Where is the Mastercard Lounge located?
The Mastercard Lounge is located inside AFAS Dome and is accessible from both inside and outside.
- From outside: follow entrance 5.
- From inside: follow the color orange, and keep right at the end of the hallway.

How do I get access to the Mastercard Lounge?
As a Mastercard holder, you can purchase up to 4 tickets (for yourself + 3 guests). There are two ways to arrange access:
- Online in advance via the AFAS Dome website
- On-site at the Mastercard Lounge counter, subject to availability
Important: payment is only possible with a Mastercard Debit or Credit card. Note: a Mastercard Lounge ticket does not replace your concert ticket — see the next question for details.
Does my concert ticket come included with a Mastercard Lounge ticket?
No. Access to the Mastercard Lounge is only valid combined with a valid ticket for the event itself — so each person needs both a lounge ticket and a separate event ticket. A Mastercard Lounge ticket on its own does not grant access to the show.
When is the Mastercard Lounge open?
The lounge opens 60 minutes before the general doors open to the public, and stays open continuously until 1 hour after the show.
Note: this early access applies only to the lounge itself, not to the concert hall or other public areas. You can only head to your seat or standing spot once the general doors are open — the lounge does not offer Early Entry to the venue.
For standing spots on the arena floor, an extra delay applies: from the lounge, you typically reach the floor 15 to 30 minutes later than via the main entrance — follow our staff's instructions.
How do I find my seat in the venue from the Mastercard Lounge?
From the lounge, you enter the venue directly. From there, you follow the same route as from the main entrance — see the entrance & seat article for the full steps.

Is the Mastercard Lounge wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The lounge is fully wheelchair accessible. Our staff is happy to assist if needed.
Can I transfer my Mastercard Lounge access ticket to someone else?
No. Your Mastercard Lounge access ticket is linked to the buyer's name and to the Mastercard payment used to purchase it, which makes it non-transferable.
Can I park at the Mastercard Lounge?
