When will I receive my e-tickets?

E-tickets are not always available immediately. They are sometimes sent out on a delayed basis and are only available about 10 days before the event.

You can download your e-tickets in 2 ways:

1. Via your account:
   You can download your tickets via your account on www.ticketmaster.be. Log in, click on "My account" and choose "Upcoming events". If your tickets are not yet available, keep a close eye on them as the event approaches.
