How to present your tickets at the venue entrance

At be•at venues, there are several ways to present your tickets at the entrance.
The available delivery methods are determined per event in consultation with the ticket distributor, the event organiser, and the venue operator.

⚠️ Please note: not all options are available for every event. 

 

Tickets purchased via ticketmaster.be

  1. Via the Ticketmaster website
    • Go to https://www.ticketmaster.be and log in to your account.
    • You can open your digital tickets directly in your browser and show them at the entrance.
       
  2. Via the Ticketmaster mobile app
    • Download the Ticketmaster app via the App Store or via Google Play.
    • Log in with your Ticketmaster profile and show your digital tickets in the app.
       
  3. Save tickets in your smartphone wallet
    • From your Ticketmaster profile, you can also add your tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
      ✅ Advantage: you don’t need an internet connection at the entrance.
       
  4. Save tickets in the be•at venues app
    • Download the venue app via the App Store or Google Play.
    • Link your Ticketmaster account and access your tickets in the be•at venues app.
       
  5. 'Mobile Only' tickets
    • ‘Mobile Only’ tickets are only available as digital tickets directly linked to your Ticketmaster account.
    • It is not possible to download these tickets as a PDF or print them.
    • Do you have tickets for multiple people in your account? You have two options:
      1. Enter together: all tickets will be scanned at the entrance from your device.
      2. Transfer tickets digitally: via your Ticketmaster account, you can use Ticket Transfer to send tickets to other people who have a Ticketmaster account.
         
  6. Download and print tickets (PDF)
    • Useful if you don’t have a smartphone. You can download your tickets as a PDF via your Ticketmaster profile in a browser.
    • Print them and bring them to the event.
      ⚠️ Note: this option is only available if activated for the specific event.
       
  7. Help at the ticket desk (Box Office)

Can’t access your tickets or experiencing technical issues?
No worries: our box office staff will be happy to assist you on the day of the event.
The box office usually opens at the same time as the venue doors and closes when the main act starts.

 

Premium tickets via be•at venues

Booked a premium experience via https://vip.beatvenues.be?
Your tickets are available as a PDF in the portal.
You can either:

  • show your premium tickets digitally on your smartphone, or
  • print them and bring them to the event.
