A reservation number can be found in your online account or in the e-mail confirmation of your reservation.

i.e. GEBABEBB (Example in Belgium) or RABONL2U (example in The Netherlands). This code is used to identify a bank. Without this BIC code we cannot process a refund.

Fill in your IBAN/bank account number here. A Belgian IBAN starts with the letters BE following 14 digits.
