Where can I breastfeed or pump?
At our arenas (AFAS Dome, Lotto Arena, Forest National and Trixxo Arena) you can discreetly pump at the first-aid post, subject to availability. At our theaters, staff will guide you to a suitable space.
Where can I pump at an arena?
All arenas (AFAS Dome, Lotto Arena, Forest National and Trixxo Arena) have a first-aid post where you can pump with full discretion. This space is available during quiet moments, subject to availability — medical emergencies naturally take priority if space is limited.
Prefer to use a quiet, portable pump in the venue itself? This is generally allowed, as long as it's done discreetly, doesn't disturb other visitors, and doesn't require a power outlet. Using electrical devices remains at your own responsibility.
The first-aid post has a fridge to temporarily store pumped milk. You may also bring your own cool bag with ice packs — maximum A4 size. A bag containing the pump or milk can only be stored in a locker, not at the first-aid post.
Which entrance should I use if I'm going to pump?
Use the dedicated entrance for visitors with specific needs, so your visit goes smoothly:
| Venue | Entrance |
|---|---|
| AFAS Dome | Entrance 7b, right around the corner from the box office |
| Lotto Arena | Entrance 14a, left around the corner from the box office |
| Forest National | Door to the left of the main entrance, right next to the box office |
| Trixxo Arena | Rightmost door of the main entrance, right next to the box office |
Where can I pump at a theater?
Different rules apply at our theaters (Capitole Gent, Stadsschouwburg Antwerpen and Trixxo Theater Hasselt). Feel free to speak to our venue staff on site — they'll put you in touch with Front of House, who will gladly guide you to a suitable, discreet space.
Using a pump (even a quiet, portable one) is not allowed inside the hall itself, to avoid disturbing other visitors or the artist during the event.
Here too, you may bring your own cool bag with ice packs (maximum A4 size) to store milk. Use the regular main entrance and ask for the venue manager to discuss your needs discreetly.
