What is the be•at cashless card?
The be•at cashless card is a payment card developed specifically for the bars, food stands, and box offices at every be•at venue. When you buy it, you choose a value of €10, €20, or €50. See the cash or cashless payment article for the other payment methods.
How do I get a be•at cashless card?
You can buy the card at the info desk of every venue, with cash or cashless.
How do I top up my be•at cashless card?
There are 3 ways:
- Via the be•at cashless card website: here you can also check your balance or request a refund.
- Via the be•at cashless card app: download via the App Store or Google Play.
- At the info desk of every venue, with cash or cashless.
How do I check the balance on my be•at cashless card?
There are 4 ways:
- At any bar or food stand
- At the top-up points
- Via the be•at cashless card app
- Via the be•at cashless card website
How long does the balance on my card remain valid?
The balance remains valid for 18 months. If you leave the card unused longer than that, the balance on the card is reset to 0.
I've lost my be•at cashless card. How can I replace it?
Did you register your card on the website? Then you can request a new card with the remaining balance transferred to it.
Didn't register your card? Unfortunately, we can't block it in that case, and the balance isn't transferable.
