Bob Dylan at Lotto Arena: how does the phone-free show with Yondr work?
Bob Dylan's concert at Lotto Arena on Thursday, October 29, 2026, is phone-free. At the entrance, your smartphone goes into a locked Yondr pouch that you keep with you. You can only make calls or send messages in the Phone Use Area.
What is Yondr?
Yondr is a lockable fabric pouch for your smartphone. You keep your phone with you all night, but you can't use it in the concert hall. The artist asks for this so everyone can enjoy the show without screens.
What happens at the entrance?
- You scan your ticket as usual.
- A Yondr staff member puts your smartphone in a Yondr pouch and locks it.
- You take the locked pouch inside and keep it with you all night.
- After the concert, the pouch is unlocked and you can use your phone again.
Can I use my phone during the concert?
Yes, but only in the Phone Use Area. A staff member unlocks your pouch there so you can make a call or send a message. Before you go back into the hall, your pouch is locked again. The Phone Use Area is in a spot where you can't see or hear the show.
Which devices aren't allowed in the hall?
- smartphones (outside the Yondr pouch)
- cameras
- smart glasses
- any other device that records video or sound
What if I use my phone anyway?
Anyone using a phone during the concert will be asked to leave. Staff keep an eye on this all night.
How do I pay inside?
You can't pay with your phone, since it's in the pouch. Bring a debit or credit card for food and drinks.
