Accessibility at your be•at visit: information per audience
All be•at venues welcome visitors with specific needs. Prepare your visit with the 360° virtual tour and let us know your needs in advance. For booking tickets, but also for other questions about specific needs, contact us via the contact form, by phone, or by email — not through regular online channels.
How can I prepare my visit in advance?
Do you have specific needs — for example related to sensory sensitivity, mobility, or vision or hearing support? Then we recommend preparing your visit in advance:
- Check out the 360° virtual tour of your venue to see what the venue looks like, where the entrances are, and how to get around in and around it.
- Let us know your specific needs in advance via one of the contact channels below, so the venue can prepare accordingly.
If you need extra assistance, arrive at least 40 minutes before the event starts, and feel free to speak to our volunteers when you come in — they're happy to guide you to your seat.
I'm a wheelchair user. Where do I find the exact conditions for my venue?
The practical conditions for wheelchair users — the number of companions allowed, the exact entrance number, and whether wheelchair rental is available — vary by venue. Check your venue's accessibility article for the details:

Information for deaf and hard-of-hearing visitors
If you need a sign language interpreter, you arrange this yourself. Exception: the event organizer provides one, after arranging this in advance with the ticket distributor, the organizer, or the venue staff — for example, with reserved seats and a temporary hearing loop. Contact our Customer Experience Center to arrange the most suitable seats together (see contact details below).
Information for blind and visually impaired visitors
All be•at venues are accessible to visitors accompanied by a guide dog. Contact our Customer Experience Center to arrange the most suitable seats together (see contact details below).
Information for visitors with other specific needs
We're happy to help with other specific needs too. When requesting your tickets, always let us know clearly what your needs are, so we can assist you as well as possible.
Where can I go with questions about specific needs, or to book tickets?
