Registering specific needs in advance at AFAS Dome

Information for wheelchair users at AFAS Dome
Book your wheelchair spot and your companion(s)' spots only by phone or through the contact form — not through the website, since wheelchair users can't take regular seats for safety reasons. Spots are limited, so book early.
- Number of companions: at AFAS Dome, you can book for up to 2 companions. For more than 2 companions, our agents try to find tickets close to the wheelchair-accessible spots.
- Standing floor: for safety reasons, it's not possible to provide wheelchair spots on the standing floor — specific seats are reserved in the venue instead.
- Renting a wheelchair: this isn't possible at AFAS Dome. Our first-aid team has a limited number of wheelchairs, used exclusively for medical emergencies or temporary support — not for use throughout the evening or for advance booking. We recommend bringing your own (foldable) wheelchair, or renting one from a rental service in your own area.
- Elevator: there's an elevator in the building to reach your seat.
- Entrance: entrance 7b, on the right side of AFAS Dome, is accessible for wheelchair users and visitors with specific needs.
Is accessible parking available for visitors with specific needs at AFAS Dome?
Yes, subject to availability. Given the current mobility situation in Antwerp, we do strongly recommend avoiding the busy area around the venue and using a Park & Ride instead — elevators are available at the Sport metro station to take you to and from street level.
Is a Park & Ride not an option for you? Contact us at the earliest 2 weeks before the event via this form to reserve a parking spot at Parking Vaart.
Note: to reserve a parking spot, you'll need to provide proof, such as a disability parking permit.
