Paid parking, street parking & low-emission zone at AFAS Dome & Lotto Arena
Around AFAS Dome and Lotto Arena there are five paid parking garages, ranging from €4 to €10, and two paid street-parking tariff zones nearby. Prefer free parking instead? Choose a Park & Ride.
Can I park for free nearby, for example on the street?
Not really. Two paid street-parking tariff zones apply around AFAS Dome and Lotto Arena, specifically for visitors — residents with a parking permit still park there for free and without time limits. If you'd rather park for free, choose a Park & Ride.

You can pay cashless or with cash at all paid parking lots.
What are the street-parking tariff zones?

How do you register a session?
- Park in the pink zone or the dark green event zone.
- Register your session right away via app, SMS, or machine — this is required.
- Pink zone: enjoy the first 2 hours free once per day, for your first parking session only. After that (and in the dark green zone from the start), you pay the applicable hourly rate.
Other rules in both zones:
- Valid every day from 9 a.m. to midnight.
- A mandatory 1-hour wait between two sessions in the same zone.
- Free parking on Sundays and public holidays does not apply here.
When does the 2-hour maximum parking duration apply?
Only within a time window around an event at AFAS Dome — not permanently. Since July 1, 2026:
- The restriction starts 3 hours before the event and ends 2 hours after it's expected to finish.
- It never starts before 9 a.m. and never ends later than midnight.
- With multiple events on the same day: it starts 3 hours before the first and ends 2 hours after the last.
- Is there only a Lotto Arena event, with no AFAS Dome event that day? Then the restriction doesn't apply. If there is an AFAS Dome event that day, it applies to the whole area, including for Lotto Arena visitors.
Tip: check the online calendar of Smart Ways to Antwerp to see when the 2-hour restriction applies on your visit date.
Can I leave my car overnight after the show?
We recommend not arriving too early before a concert to park at one of our paid parking lots. Also avoid staying longer than 2 to 3 hours after the event. Want to head into the city after the show? Then a Park & Ride is your better option.
Are there charging points for my electric car?
No, there are no charging points for electric cars at the paid parking lots.
Is AFAS Dome located in the low-emission zone (LEZ)?
No, the venue itself sits just outside it, but many access roads and 3 of the 5 paid parking lots are inside it (see table above).
Is my vehicle allowed inside the low-emission zone?
Check this in advance at lez.antwerpen.be: enter your license plate and you'll immediately see whether your specific vehicle (based on make, model, year, and fuel type) is allowed in. Doesn't your car meet the requirements? Then you can buy an LEZ day pass through the same website (€45, max. 12 times per year per license plate, online payment only) — buy this in advance, since entry is checked automatically and a fine follows for a violation.
