What are the risks of the AI Chatbot?

The chatbot uses only pre-approved sources of information and searches for the best answer to your question. The chatbot may refer you to a member of staff if necessary.

We actively monitor the chatbot by:

  • ensuring it uses only verified content
  • providing regular updates to the information
  • analysing customer feedback and chat conversations

Although we do our best to ensure the chatbot is as accurate as possible, it may provide incomplete or incorrect answers. If in doubt, please contact a member of staff.

The chatbot only processes data that you, as a user, enter and that is necessary to answer your question.

  • Conversations may be stored temporarily
  • Measures are taken to anonymise and protect your data
  • Data shared in the chat is not used for any other purposes
