How do I get to the Lotto Arena?

I have seated tickets. When should I arrive?
Do you have seated tickets? Please do not arrive before 6:30 PM.
Your seat is reserved, so arriving earlier is not necessary.
I have standing arena floor tickets (grey). When should I arrive?

I have standing tickets (1st or 2nd ring). When should I arrive?
Do you have standing tickets (1st or 2nd ring)? We strongly advise not to arrive too early.
Due to construction works nearby, space around the Lotto Arena is limited.
➡️ Camping around the Lotto Arena is strictly forbidden.
Police will monitor the area and fines will be issued to offenders.
Which items are not allowed?
For safety reasons, be•at enforces a strict bag policy.
The following items are not allowed, among others:
- Professional cameras with detachable lenses
- Personal food and drinks
- Flags and signs larger than A4 size

Behaviour when entering the venue
- Please do not run when entering the venue
- Stay calm and show respect towards other fans, staff and security services
Waste and reusable cups
- Dispose of your waste in the designated bins before entering

Inside the venue, please do not throw reusable cups on the floor
➜ Drop them in the provided bins or leave them at the bar
