Louis Tomlinson: random wristband numbering system
Why do we use this wristband system?
To ensure a safe, fair, and comfortable concert experience for everyone.
This system helps prevent fans from queuing extremely early or even staying overnight (which is strictly prohibited).
Arriving early no longer offers any advantage.
How does the random wristband system work?
- Who is it for?
- For ticket holders with standing tickets – middle field (grey).
- Arrival & Check-in
- Fans with valid standing tickets for the middle field (grey) can check in on Sunday 19/04 between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm at the Lotto Arena box office.
- Your ticket will be verified, and you will receive a wristband with a randomly assigned number.
The wristband will be secured directly around your wrist.
ℹ️ Wristbands are mixed in advance, so the numbers are completely random.
There is therefore no benefit in arriving earlier than the assigned time slot (between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm).
ℹ️ You can collect a maximum of one wristband per valid ticket.
Wristbands are personal and non-transferable.
Removed, lost, or damaged wristbands are invalid and cannot be replaced.
ℹ️ Coming with friends? No problem — as long as you check in together physically, you can stay together.
- Leaving the venue area
- After receiving your wristband, you must leave the area around the venue.
- No facilities will be available in or around the venue until the doors open at 6:30 pm.
- Returning for queueing
- All fans with a numbered wristband must return between 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm.
- Separate waiting lines will be set up at the Lotto Arena. Fans with wristbands can line up according to their wristband number.
- Our staff will guide this process step by step.
What if you don’t collect a numbered wristband?
Collecting a numbered wristband is not mandatory. Fans arriving from 6:30 pm onwards can go to the main entrance and access the venue upon presentation of a valid ticket. The main entrance will open after all wristband queues have entered.
What if I return late?
- Fans with numbered wristbands must be present on time at the entrance.
- Late arrivals lose their priority position.
- Latecomers should go to the main entrance and follow the instructions of our staff.
