I am not receiving the SMS verification code from Ticketmaster
If you are not receiving the SMS verification code, first try logging in using another device (computer or laptop), a different mobile phone, or another Wi‑Fi network.
If the code still does not arrive, check the following:
1. Check the spam or blocked messages folder (Android)
Some Android phones automatically place SMS messages in Spam & blocked.
To check this:
- Open your Messages app
- Tap the three dots in the top‑right or open the settings menu
- Select ‘Spam and blocked’
- Check whether the verification message is there and unblock if needed
2. Check for restrictions or blocks
- Ensure your mobile plan does not block incoming SMS messages
- Verify that your provider has not enabled any restrictions (especially abroad)
- Check that SMS messages from short codes are not blocked
3. Check your device
- Make sure your smartphone is up to date
- Check if any apps are blocking messages
- Restart your device to refresh your network connection
- Try the same SIM card in another device if possible
