What is a magic link?

A magic link is a safe and simple way to log in without a password. You don’t need to remember anything, just open your email.

 

How does it work?

1) Enter your email address on the website

Go to “Sign in”, enter your usual email address, and click “Send email.”

2) You will immediately receive an email

You’ll get the message “Go straight to your be•at account”, sent by account@beatvenues.be.
It contains a button to open your account.

Didn’t receive the email?

• Check that you used the correct email address (the same one you use to buy your tickets).
• Look in your spam, junk, or promotions folder.

3) Click the button in the email

That button is your magic link. When you click it, you’ll be logged in automatically, no password needed.

4) Done! You’re logged in to My be•at

You now have access to your events, preferences and account settings.
