Magic links for My be•at account: logging in and troubleshooting
A magic link is a secure way to log in to My be•at without a password. Enter your email address, click the link in the email you receive, and you're logged in instantly. The link is only valid for 15 minutes.
What is a magic link?
A magic link is a secure and simple way to log in to your My be•at account without a password. There's nothing to remember — just open your email.
How does a magic link work?
- Enter your email address on the website. Go to "Log in," enter your usual email address, and click "Send email."
- You'll receive an email right away with the subject "Go straight to your be•at account," sent by account@beatvenues.be. It contains a button to open your account.
- Click the button in the email. That's your magic link. As soon as you click it, you're logged in automatically — no password needed. The link is personal and valid for only 15 minutes. Didn't request the email yourself? Feel free to ignore it.
- Done! You're logged in to My be•at.
Not receiving the email? Check that you used the correct email address (the same one you use to order tickets), and check your spam, junk mail, or promotions tab.
What if I still can't log in?
Check the following:
- Are you using the correct email address? Use the same email address you use to order tickets.
- Check your mailbox. See if the magic link email ended up in your spam, junk mail, or promotions tab.
- Open the magic link in a different browser, for example in an incognito window.
- Request a new magic link. Wait a few minutes — emails can sometimes arrive with a delay, especially on mobile networks. Was it more than 15 minutes since you received the link? Then it has expired — request a new one.
