Do I need to create a new be•at account?

Use your usual email address. If you don’t have a My be•at account yet, you’ll automatically be guided through the account creation process. After that, you’ll stay logged in on all our venue websites.

Tip: It’s best to use the same email address you normally use to buy your tickets, so your events are recognised and shown correctly.
