What is a My be•at account?
Once you sign in, you stay logged in across all our venue sites. This makes your visit much smoother!
What can you do in My be•at?
1) View your events
You can see an overview of your upcoming and past events for which you purchased tickets.
➡️ Important: My be•at only shows tickets linked to the same email address you used to sign in.
That’s the email address used for your purchase via Ticketmaster or be•at Premium.
If tickets were bought with a different email address, they won’t appear in My be•at.
Always sign in with the email you used when purchasing your tickets.
2) Manage your communication preferences
Choose which newsletters and updates you’d like to receive, such as:
- general newsletters
- Premium & Groups updates
- event alerts
- Happy Birthday emails
3) Update your personal information
You can manage and update your personal details.
➡️ You cannot change your email address yourself. Please contact our Customer Experience Center if you need to update it.
4) Delete your My be•at account
You can delete your account at any time via the account page.
⚠️ Important: If you still have tickets for a future event, you can only delete your account after that event has taken place.
