What is a My be•at account?

What is a My be•at account?
"My be•at" is a central account for all be•at venue websites and the be•at App. Log in once, and you'll stay automatically logged in across all our venue sites. That makes your visit much smoother.
Can I view my events in My be•at?
Yes. You'll see an overview of upcoming and past events you've bought tickets for. Important: My be•at only shows tickets linked to the same email address you're logged in with — the same one tied to your purchase at Ticketmaster or be•at Premium. Bought tickets with a different email address? They won't appear in My be•at. Always log in with the email address you used for your ticket order.
Can I manage my communication preferences?
Yes. You choose which newsletters and updates you want to receive, such as general newsletters, Premium and Groups information, event alerts, and Happy Birthday emails.
Can I update my personal details?
Yes, you can manage and update your information. You can't change your own email address — contact our Customer Experience Center for that.
Can I delete my My be•at account?
Yes, this can be done via your account page. Note: if you still have tickets for an upcoming event, you can only delete your account after that event has taken place.
Do I need to create a new be•at account?
Use your usual email address. If you don't have a My be•at account yet, you'll automatically see an account creation flow. After that, you'll also stay logged in on other venue sites.
Preferably use the same email address you normally use to order tickets — this way, your events are automatically recognized and displayed correctly.
Why do I still need to log in to Ticketmaster to download my tickets?
My be•at provides a seamless website experience across be•at venue sites, but downloading tickets still happens via the ticketing platform where you bought them (Ticketmaster). That's why an extra login may be requested there.
In My be•at, you can already see basic info such as seating and ticket category. The tickets themselves only become available after logging in to Ticketmaster.
