How do I present my tickets at the entrance?
You can present your tickets via the Ticketmaster website or app, your smartphone wallet, the be•at venues app, as a Mobile Only ticket, or as a printed PDF. Not every option is available for every event.
How do I present my regular tickets (purchased via Ticketmaster)?
At be•at venues, there are several ways to present your tickets at the entrance. Note: not all options are available for every event — the available delivery methods are determined per event in consultation between the ticket distributor, the organizer, and the venue operator.
- Via the Ticketmaster website: go to ticketmaster.be and log in to your account. You can open your digital tickets directly in your browser and present them at the entrance.
- Via the Ticketmaster mobile app: download the app via the App Store or Google Play. Log in with your Ticketmaster profile and present your digital tickets in the app.
- Keeping tickets in your smartphone wallet: from your Ticketmaster profile, you can also add your tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Benefit: you don't need an internet connection at the entrance.
- Keeping tickets in the be•at app: download the app via the App Store or Google Play. Link your Ticketmaster account and view your tickets in the be•at app.
- "Mobile Only" tickets: only available as digital tickets directly linked to your Ticketmaster account — downloading as a PDF or printing isn't possible. Do you have tickets for multiple people in your account? Then you have 2 options: enter together (all tickets are scanned at the entrance from your device), or transfer the tickets digitally to the others in your group via Ticket Transfer.
- Downloading and printing tickets (PDF): handy if you don't have a smartphone. Download your tickets as a PDF via your Ticketmaster profile in a browser, and print them. Note: this option is only available if activated for the specific event.
- Help at the box office: having trouble opening your tickets, or experiencing technical issues? Our box office staff are happy to help on the day of the event. The box office usually opens at the same time as the venue's doors, and closes when the headline act begins.
How do I present my be•at Premium Experience tickets?
Did you book a Premium Experience via premium.beatvenues.be? Your tickets are available as a PDF in the portal. You can present your Premium tickets digitally on your smartphone, or print them and bring them to the event.
