Can I bring a pushchair?

We want parents with young children to have an enjoyable experience during their visit. Please find the most important guidelines and tips below.

Strollers and pushchairs

• Strollers, prams and pushchairs are not allowed at your seats within the concert hall.
• In our arenas, there is no separate or supervised storage area. If you still decide to bring a stroller, it will always remain under your own responsibility.
• For more comfort, we recommend bringing a baby carrier.

Tickets for children

• For most events, all visitors, including babies and toddlers, are required to have a valid ticket.
• Always check the event detail page to avoid any surprises.

Safety and hearing protection

• Sound levels can be very loud during a show or concert.
• Always make sure your child has proper hearing protection so you can enjoy the event together safely and with peace of mind.
