Bringing your child to a be•at event: everything you need to know
Everyone is welcome at be•at, including children and babies — though a ticket is always required, regardless of age. Below you'll find everything about strollers, supervision, baby food, children's seats, and hearing protection.
Can I bring a stroller?
Strollers and buggies are not allowed inside the venue. Our arenas don't have a separate or supervised storage area — if you do bring a stroller, it stays at your own risk. For more comfort, we recommend bringing a baby carrier instead.
Is bringing a stroller essential for you? Contact our Customer Experience Center in advance to discuss the options.
Do I need a ticket for my child or baby?
Yes. Every visitor needs a valid ticket, regardless of age — including babies and toddlers.
Does my child need to be accompanied by an adult?
We recommend that children under 16 be accompanied by an adult (18+). Children under 12 who are unaccompanied will not be admitted to the venue. If a younger visitor is unaccompanied, we strongly recommend choosing a seated ticket rather than a standing one.
Some events set their own minimum age, for example for standing areas on the floor. This is always stated on the event's detail page — check this before buying tickets.
Can I warm up my baby's food somewhere?
Yes, at all our venues except Trixxo Arena and Trixxo Theater Hasselt. Head to the info desk on site, where a staff member will help you.
Are children's seats or lap seats available?
At our theaters, children's seats are available up to a certain age, while supplies last.
At our arenas, there are no children's seats, but some events offer lap seats at a reduced price, intended for children aged 0 to 2 who sit on your lap. A ticket is required for a lap seat too, and it can only be booked by phone. Whether lap seats are available is stated on the event's detail page.
Can I buy hearing protection for my child?
Earplugs are available — read more at Earplugs and sound levels at be•at events. For children, though, we recommend bringing your own properly fitted hearing protection.
