Understanding where you will be seated: venue layout and seat numbering per venue
Bought tickets for a show in one of our venues but not sure how to read your seat or row number? No worries, below we explain how our venues are structured.
Arenas
Sportpaleis Antwerpen, Lotto Arena, Forest National & Trixxo Arena
Our large arenas are built with blocks and rows of seats, usually in a round or oval shape around the stage.
You can find your seat using the color zone, block number, row, and seat number listed on your ticket(s).
Most of these venues have 2 or 3 levels:
Floor section (arena floor) in front of the stage
Seated or standing, depending on the event
For seated shows: flat rows at equal height (no elevation)
Color zone: grey
Bleachers (1st level)
Tiered seating
Block numbers in the 100 range
Balcony (2nd level)
Tiered seating
Block numbers in the 200 range
🟡 A few quick rules:
Seat numbers increase from the outside toward the middle in each block
Adjacent blocks may both end at the same central seat number (e.g. two times seat 10)
Standing areas on the 1st or 2nd level are located behind the last seated row, not on the arena floor
Theatres
Capitole Gent & Stadsschouwburg Antwerpen
Both theatres are structured with a parterre, balconies and sometimes loges.
You can find your seat using the zone and your block, row, and seat number.
Seats are split into even and odd sides:
Even numbers (2, 4, 6, …) go outward from the centre on one side
Odd numbers (1, 3, 5, …) go outward from the centre on the other side
👉 It may look like there are missing seats, but that’s perfectly normal.
Trixxo Theater
This theatre is divided into parterre and tribune (floor & bleachers) sections.
You can find your seat using the color zone, block, row, and seat number.
Parterre or Floor (green and orange) has two blocks:
Block 001 on the right and Block 002 on the left
Seat numbers increase from the outside toward the middle
The tribune (bleachers) is divided into color zones red, purple, blue & yellow
Seat numbers increase from left to right across the full row
