What’s the difference between a be•at Premium Experience and a (Fan Experience) Package?
At some events, you may see Premium or upgraded tickets offered either by be•at venues or by the event organiser. Our be•at Premium Experience focuses on comfort and hospitality with lounge access, catering, and parking. Organiser-offered Fan Experience packages often include perks like early entry and exclusive merchandise, but typically do not include food, drinks, or parking. Always check the package details carefully before purchasing.
🎫 Fan Experience packages (offered by the organiser):
The organiser of an event often offers 'Premium Packages' or 'Fan Experience Packages' for concerts, designed to enhance the fan experience beyond just attending the show. These packages go by different names depending on the artist or tour, such as: Early Entry Package, Hot Seat Package, Premium Lounge Package and Ultimate Fan Experience but they tend to include similar types of perks.
The content is determined by the organiser and may differ per event. Be sure to check the package details carefully before purchasing. The full description is mentioned on the venue website before purchasing.
Here’s an example of the most common types and what could be included:
Early entry to the venue
A separate entrance or check-in
Exclusive merchandise items (e.g. a lanyard, tote bag, poster)
Sometimes a Premium host on site to greet you at the entrance
These packages do not usually include food & beverage, access to a hospitality lounge or a parking space!
🌟 Our own be•at Premium Experience:
This is a formula offered directly by be•at venues (if available for your event). It often includes:
A premium seat
Access to a be•at Premium lounge
A certain offer of food and beverages
A reserved parking space
Access to a cloakroom
And more
This formula focuses on comfort and hospitality. It does not include merchandise, early entry, or artist-related experiences. More information can be found here: What can I expect from my be•at Premium Experience?
