Where can I store my belongings during an event?

Lockers

Lockers are located outside opposite the box office, to the left of the entrance.

You can store your coat and other belongings, such as a backpack, in a medium or large locker. Backpacks are not allowed inside the venue. A locker costs 2.5 euros.

How to rent a locker

  • Scan the QR code on-site
  • Select the desired locker size
  • Complete the payment
  • Set a 6-digit code and symbol
  • Open your locker with your code and symbol

Cloakroom

There is an unguarded, open cloakroom in Capitole Gent during the spring and summer months.
During the winter months and in rainy weather, a paid and guarded cloakroom is available. The cost is 2 euros per coat. Helmets, umbrellas, and strollers can be left in the cloakroom free of charge.

Please note! Umbrellas, helmets and bags larger than 21cm x 30cm x 10cm (A4 format) are not allowed into the venue (see also our strict bag policy).
