When is the Mastercard Lounge open?

The Mastercard Lounge is only open for selected events where Mastercard presale or preferred tickets are available via the Mastercard Priceless platform.

⏰ Opening hours:
The lounge opens 30 minutes before the general doors open to the public and remains open until 1 hour after the show.

⚠️ Important! The earlier access of 30 minutes applies only to the lounge itself and not to the concert hall or other public areas. Visitors can only proceed to their seats or standing areas once the general public doors have opened. The lounge does not guarantee faster access to the venue and does not, under any circumstances, offer an Early Entry.
