How and when will I be paid for my sold tickets?
Provide your bank details in your account to get paid. If you don't live in Belgium, payout runs through one of our payment providers (Hyperwallet or Adyen, depending on the sale date).
How do I provide my bank details?
To be paid, we ask you to provide a valid bank account number:
- In your account, go to "Upcoming Events".
- Click "My Profile" and then "Seller Details".
- Enter your details.
Note: your name and address must match the bank account details you provide.
When will I receive my payout?
We process your payment right after your ticket is sold. It can then take up to 14 business days before the amount is transferred from our payment platform to your account.
Can I sell a ticket if I don't live in Belgium?
Yes, you can sell tickets if you don't live in Belgium. The exact payout procedure depends on when you sold your ticket:
Tickets sold after September 1, 2025: You'll receive your payout through our payment provider Hyperwallet. When listing your tickets for sale, you select your country, choose a payment method, and indicate the currency you'd like to be paid in. Exchange rate fees may apply.
Hyperwallet processes your payment via your chosen payment method. This can take 10 to 12 business days. Allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for the amount to actually reach your account — this depends on your chosen payment method.
Tickets sold before September 1, 2025: After listing your tickets for sale, you were redirected to the online portal of our payment provider Adyen, where you entered your bank details. Payment is made in the currency in which you purchased the tickets — check that your bank accepts this currency, as extra fees may apply otherwise.
Adyen processes your payment via your chosen payment method. This can take 10 to 12 business days.
Do you live in a country not supported by our payment provider? Then an automatic payout unfortunately isn't possible. Get in touch with us if your ticket has already been sold — we'll process the payout for you manually.
Supported countries: Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Czechia, the United Kingdom, Sweden, and Switzerland.
Unsupported countries: Australia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Hungary, Croatia, Liechtenstein, New Zealand, Romania, Singapore, and the United States.
