Where can I find my group reservation tickets?

Have you ordered tickets for your group? Then keep in mind that you will no longer receive these tickets via e-mail.

As with ordering individual tickets, tickets for your group will now be available in your Ticketmaster account, where you can download them.

Please note that you will not be notified when tickets are made available. Usually, tickets are made available 2 to 4 weeks before the event. When the tickets are available, you can download them as a pdf, just like when you receive them via email.

You can check the availability of your tickets by logging into your Ticketmaster account. Your Ticketmaster account was created while placing the order for your group.

You can download your tickets in your Ticketmaster account as following:

1. Log in to your Ticketmaster account
2. Click on "My account" in the upper right corner.
3. Go to 'My Tickets'.
4. Click on 'Upcoming Events'.

Are your tickets available? Then you can download them here.
Are your tickets not yet available? Then check back at a later time. Tickets are normally made available 2 to 4 weeks before the event.
