How do I book tickets for visitors with specific needs?

Do you need tickets for a wheelchair user, someone with a visual or hearing impairment, or do you have other accessibility needs? We’re happy to assist you.

• Your name and address

• The email address where we can confirm your booking

• The name, date and start time of the event

• A description of your needs (e.g. wheelchair, guide dog, interpreter, etc.)

• The number of tickets, including any companions or wheelchair users

• Your preferred payment method (Bancontact, iDeal, Mastercard or Visa)

• Any additional comments or requests
