I would like to order tickets, but I have specific needs. How do I go about this?

Booking and enquiring about tickets for visitors with disabilities is possible:

   You can reach our Customer Experience Specialists on weekdays from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:30.
   The lines are exclusively open in the morning (09:00 to 12:00) for visitors with specific needs.
   
   
2. Via our unique contact form
   Requests that reach us via the contact form are treated with priority.
   
   
3. Via e-mail
   Send us your request to the e-mail address service@beatvenues.be.
   Be sure to include the following details:
   • Name & address details
   • The e-mail address to which we may confirm the reservation
   • The name, date and start time of the event about which you have a question
   • Please indicate your exact needs so that we can serve you better.
   • The number of tickets (possibly the number of wheelchair users & companions) you wish to order
   • The desired payment method (bancontact, iDeal, Mastercard or Visa)
   • Other requests or comments
