Can I cancel a Ticket Transfer?

Yes, you can cancel a ticket transfer as long as the recipient has not yet accepted the transfer.

Go to your Ticketmaster account, find the order whose ticket transfer you want to cancel and click 'Cancel transfer' in the top left corner.

Please note: after the recipient has accepted the tickets, you can no longer cancel the transfer or recall the tickets. However, the person to whom you transferred the tickets can simply transfer the tickets back to you.
