How do I recognize a resale ticket?
When purchasing tickets through the Ticketmaster platform, a symbol indicates the type of ticket:
- Resale tickets: offered by other fans.
- Standard tickets: offered by the organization.
- Unavailable spots: a third symbol shows which spots aren't available.

How is the price of a resale ticket determined?

After payment for a resale ticket, it takes up to 4 hours before the ticket appears in your account. Resale tickets aren't refunded or exchanged, unless the event is canceled.
