HOW DOES RESELLING WORK AT TICKETMASTER?
You can only resell tickets that are listed in your Ticketmaster account, so the validity of the ticket can be verified. Some tickets cannot be resold on the resale platform, such as personalised packages. Attention: If you have already bought your ticket on the resale platform, it is not possible to resell it again on the platform.
OFFERING TICKETS FOR SALE - AT NO EXTRA COST
- Go to your account and click on 'Resell tickets'
- Select the tickets you want to resell
- Set the new ticket price - it cannot be higher than the initial purchase price
MY TICKETS HAVE BEEN SOLD TO ANOTHER FAN, WHAT NEXT?
You will receive an email as soon as your tickets are sold. You will usually be paid within 5-10 working days via your selected payment method. The moment your tickets are officially accepted on the platform by the "buyer", we deactivate the original barcodes and the person who bought your tickets will receive new barcodes.
MY TICKETS WERE NOT SOLD TO ANOTHER FAN, WHAT NEXT?
Tickets that are not sold will not be refunded. These then remain yours to use as you see fit.
I'VE CHANGED MY MIND...
... and want to change the offer: to change your offer, you must first cancel your original offer and put your tickets on sale again.
... and don't want to resell: you can click the "Cancel offer" button. This button can be found in your account under your tickets. Tickets that have already been sold can no longer be cancelled.
