Céline Dion's concerts on 17, 18 and 20 September 2023 at Sportpaleis Antwerp have been cancelled.

Ticket buyers can request a refund and should take into account the information below:

1. A request can be made per reservation via the refund form. And this within 30 days of receiving the e-mail about the cancellation.
2. After submitting the request, a confirmation of the refund request will be sent via e-mail.
3. One should note that due to the large number of requests, it may take around four weeks to process everything correctly.
4. Once the refund has been processed and passed on to the bank, an email will be sent to confirm the refund.
