Because of the Sinksenfoor, we strongly advise against travelling by car to the immediate vicinity of the Sportpaleis.

Check your accounton www.teleticketservice.com. In your account, you can download your e-ticket(s).

Can't find an order in your account?

In that case it is best to contact our Customer Experience Center.

Is there no time left to contact us?
Then you can always go to the box office on the day of the event itself. Be sure to bring your reservation number or proof of payment, and they will be happy to help you. The box office is open from 5 pm and until the start of the event. The box office is located at the front of the building on the right corner.
