How does a Premium event unfold?

Immediately after booking online, you will receive a confirmation and a payment invitation via e-mail. If you ask for an invoice, it will follow after payment. Please check your e-mail address and your spam folder carefully. Some mail servers block e-mails with attachments.

• After payment, you will receive your Premium tickets approximately 3 weeks before the event.
• On presentation of the Premium parking ticket, you and your friends or customers will have access to the Premium parking spaces.
• You will welcome your clients in one of our Premium areas. When entering, you and your guests will be given a Premium wristband. This way you will always get into the Premium area quickly. In the Premium area, you have free use of the cloakroom and the toilets.
• Depending on the catering formula you choose, you can enjoy delicious snacks, extensive culinary dishes or buffet and drinks from the free bar.
• You show your entrance ticket with stand and seat details when entering the event hall. You will be escorted to your seats. Unless otherwise stated, you will follow the event from the most expensive seats.

Seating will be in order of incoming reservation/payment.
