An unpaid reservation can be cancelled within 48 hours of ordering. In this case, you can request a full refund.

You have paid already?
You cannot change a paid reservation yourself. We review each situation thoroughly and evaluate whether a cancellation of a paid order is possible. If a cancellation is possible, we charge a fee of 10% of the total purchase amount. Your cancellation request should be submitted by e-mail at vip@beatvenues.be.
