I still haven't received my tickets. What now?
We will send the tickets at the earliest three weeks before the event. Is the event about to take place? Please check carefully if you have already received the tickets before contacting us.

When your tickets are available in your account, you will receive an e-mail. Via this e-mail you can log into your VIP Hospitality account and download your tickets. - Via your VIP Hospitality account
Log in to your VIP Hospitality account. As soon as your tickets are available, they will appear in your account.
Are your tickets still not available? Then contact the Customer Experience Centre.
