I still haven't received my be•at VIP Experience tickets. What now?
We will send the tickets at the earliest three weeks before the event. Is the event about to take place? Please check carefully if you have already received the tickets before contacting us.

When your tickets are available in your account, you will receive an e-mail. Via this e-mail you can log into your be•at VIP Hospitality account and download your tickets.

Log in to your be•at VIP Hospitality account. As soon as your tickets are available, they will appear in your account.
