I still haven't received my be•at Premium Experience tickets. What now?

We will send the tickets at the earliest three weeks before the event. Is the event about to take place? Please check carefully if you have already received the tickets before contacting us.

1. Via e-mail
   When your tickets are available in your account, you will receive an e-mail. Via this e-mail you can log into your be•at Premium Hospitality account and download your tickets.
   
   
2. Via your Premium Hospitality account
   Log in to your be•at Premium Hospitality account. As soon as your tickets are available, they will appear in your account.
