When will I receive my be•at Premium Experience tickets?
Your tickets are not always immediately available. We will send them three weeks before the event at the earliest.
You can download your tickets in two ways:

Via e-mail
When your tickets are available in your account, you will receive an e-mail. Via this e-mail you can log in to your account and download your tickets.

Via your Premium Hospitality account
Log in to your be•at Premium Hospitality account. As soon as your tickets are available, they will appear in your account.
