I already have a Premium Experience account, but have forgotten my password. What should I do now?

You can easily create a new password for your be•at Premium Experience account. 

This is how:

  • Click on 'Forgot your password?'
  • Enter the e-mail address of your original account and click 'Recover password'.
  • Go to your e-mail and follow the instructions to create a new password.
  • After creating a new password, you will be automatically redirected back to the login page. Enter the e-mail address and your new password here. Your new password has been set.
