My e-mail address is incorrect. What can I do to change it?
You can change your e-mail address via 'My Profile' on our website.
An e-mail address is often rejected because it is already linked to another account. An e-mail address can only be registered once. Try to register an alternative address. If the alternative address has already been registered, you will be asked to reset your password. Please follow the instructions on the screen and in the e-mail.
You made your reservation and registered with an incorrect e-mail address.
You will not receive our e-mails (confirmation of your order, service e-mails, e-tickets,...). As you will not receive a login/password either, you will not be able to make any corrections yourself. In this case, please contact us and provide us with as much information as possible:
- full name and address of the person who registered
- name, date and time of the event for which you made a reservation
- proof of payment in case you have already paid online
- a correct e-mail address that we can register
Warning! The customer is responsible for providing a correct email address and for checking any emails that might be blocked by spam filters. In default thereof the customer will be unable to seek a refund from either be•at or from a credit card company.
