Creating a Ticketmaster account and logging in

Do I need a Ticketmaster account to make a reservation?

Yes, you need a Ticketmaster account to book regular tickets. There are 2 ways to set one up:

• Create an account in advance (see below).
• Create an account during the checkout process itself.

We recommend registering in advance. This lets you book more smoothly during high-traffic periods on the website.

How do I create a Ticketmaster account?

1. Go to ticketmaster.be.
2. Click "Log in/Sign up" in the top right corner.
3. Click "New to Ticketmaster? Sign up".
4. Fill in your details.
5. Enter your phone number.
6. Enter the one-time code you received by text message.
7. Go to your email and click the verification link you received.

How do I log in to my Ticketmaster account?

1. Go to ticketmaster.be.
2. Click "Log in/Sign up" in the top right corner.
3. Enter the email address you used to create your account and click continue.
4. Enter your password and click log in.

Important: the email address on your Ticketmaster account must match the email address you used to book your tickets and on which you received your booking confirmation.

I forgot my password. What now?

You can reset your password via the Ticketmaster website:

1. Click "Log in" in the top right corner.
2. Enter your email address and click continue.
3. Click "Forgot password?".
4. Follow the instructions to create a new password.
