What if I forget my password?
If you have not yet started your reservation, you can reset your password via the 'Forgot your password?' tab on the 'Login' page. You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password.
If you are already in the order process, you will also be able to reset your password. You will receive an email with a temporary password that will allow you to complete your reservation. It is important that you change this password in your account immediately after making the reservation.
