My email address appears to already be registered. What do I do now?
An e-mail address can only be registered once in our database. If your e-mail address is already registered, you will receive the message " There is already an account linked to this email address. Forgot your password?” In this case click on "Forgot your password?" and request a new password with your email address.
Do not create an account with a non-existent or misspelled e-mail address, or you will miss out on important e-mail communication and possibly lose your tickets.
Warning! The customer is responsible for providing a correct email address and for checking any emails that might be blocked by spam filters. In default thereof the customer will be unable to seek a refund from either be•at or from a credit card company.
