What information can I access in my Ticketmaster account?

Your personal Ticketmaster account has 3 sections: your profile, your orders, and your preferences.

What's in "My Profile"?

Here you can view and edit:

  • Personal details (name, address, language, etc.)
  • Login details (email address and password)
  • Privacy settings (cookies)

What's in "My Orders"?

Here you'll find all your active orders. 

What's in "My Preferences"?

Here you can indicate what news you'd like to receive. We like to keep you updated on the latest news about our venues, Premium arrangements, group offers, and updates and promotions.
