What if my tickets are lost, stolen, damaged or undelivered?

You can download or print your e-tickets multiple times, but they can only be used once at the entrance.
➡️ The first person to scan the ticket will be admitted. Any further scans with the same barcode will be denied.
🚨 Suspect misuse?
Do you believe someone else has access to your tickets (via your inbox or account)?
⚠️ Contact us before the event via our Customer Experience Center. We can take appropriate action, like invalidating the original tickets.
