What about lost, stolen, destroyed or not delivered tickets?
Tickets sent by post
Tickets sent by post can be replaced in the event of loss or theft. Please contact our Customer Experience Center. Our Customer Experience Specialists can make the original tickets invalid. On the day of the event itself you must then go to the box office to receive duplicates. Caution! Duplicates will only be given to the original purchaser upon presentation of his/her ID card.
E-tickets
You can download (and print) your e-tickets several times, but they can only be used once at the entrance. The tickets that are presented first at the doors of the venue will be scanned valid.
Do you suspect that someone else has access to your e-tickets and has bad intentions? Please contact our Customer Experience Center before the concert so that they can take appropriate measures.
