Can I choose my own seats?
For most events, you can select your own seats online. The ticketing system never leaves a single empty seat in a row — if you try to, you'll see a warning.
Can I choose my own seats?
Yes, for most events you can select your own seats online. This feature is sometimes disabled for technical reasons.
Is the feature unavailable and you still want to reserve specific seats? You can still do so through the Customer Experience Center.
I'm seeing the message "You've left a single seat open." What does this mean?
You'll see this warning when your seat selection would leave only 1 seat open between adjacent seats in a row.
The ticketing system doesn't allow this, so that:
- As many visitors as possible can sit together with their group.
- The venue fills up nicely.
Try one of these solutions:
- Choose a different seating block with enough consecutive seats available.
- Choose a different combination in the same row that doesn't leave a single seat open.
- Use the automatic seat assignment option, if available.
Still not working? Our Customer Experience Center is happy to help you find suitable seats. Note: they cannot override this rule either, so they also cannot leave a single seat open in a row.
